Laurel - congrats on making it to the end!! What an accomplishment.
We didn't talk at all this game. I tried but...yeah never happened. So I know nothing about you or your mindset. So please, aside from winning challenges (which is huge but this is all I know about you), what were three moves that helped you get here? What did you say to Oliver to convince him to take you with him (a move I think was horrible for him TBH but awesome for you!)?

Hey everyone - I'll answer questions in a minute, but opening statement first I realize I didn't talk to all of you very much, and that's probably my fault. I've been busy with school through most of the game, so I haven't had time to do a lot outside of challenges. But I also tend to get lazy about messaging people, so I'm sorry I didn't to talk to all of you. I put a lot of time into every challenge, though, and that showed. I never missed one, and I never did anything half-assed. I allied with Catherine early on because we were both online at the same times and could talk with that chat feature. As for strategy, I'll get to that when I answer Bonnie's question But overall, I really think I deserve to win this game. I've tried like hell with every challenge and that's kept me in. I wasn't up for the elimination vote a single time. So please vote for me to win! |

I can't remember if we messaged at all when we had that chat feature - if you messaged me and I didn't respond I promise it was only because I didn't see it. Like I said, I'm terrible at messaging people when I'm busy. Three moves that helped me get here: 1. Definitely allying with Catherine. We both did well in challenges, and working with someone who was able to stay safe with me guaranteed I'd have an ally for most of the game. Really hoping I find out she's someone I already know, but if not I hope we'll be friends after the game. 2. I think staying quiet and focusing on challenges was a good move - the energy I would have put into socializing instead went into keeping me out of the bottom two. 3. Catherine and I formed an alliance with Oliver, which ensured that we had a third vote on our side so we could have a bigger sway over the vote. And as for what I said to Oliver - I just said that I'd appreciate him taking me to the final two, and he was nice enough to do it and I'm very grateful. |

So I want to give you a chance to kind of showcase your game here: Why did you focus so much on challenges? Many others focused on social skills rather than challenges (often not submitting or submitting bad scores), and yet you seem to have given your all each and every time. Why?
Also, why was Oliver so important to you? There were several times, including when he asked to be voted out, that I wanted to vote him out but you convinced me to keep him. Would you mind explaining that a little further?

In a game with this format, where there were no nominations and no guarantee that I'd have to be up for elimination, doing well in challenges would always keep me safe. I figured that was easier than putting my faith in people when I don't know who any of you are or if I could trust you. And it got me this far As for Oliver, every time he was up for eviction I guess I always saw him as less of a threat than whoever he was up against. I figured since he was working with us, it was better to keep him around and have that extra vote on our side. And he seemed nice, so that was a plus. |

I'd say Catherine, because she did well in challenges and was also pretty social, and could very easily be here in my place. And then Eve, because from what I'm reading she had a good alliance, she was good in challenges, and the main reason she's gone is that power Catherine had. |
